Business Development Manager – IT Solutions

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (IT Solutions) to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong industry connections and a passion for technology. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and closing strategic deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities across IT solution areas (Cloud, ERP, Automation, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to craft winning proposals and solutions
- Achieve and exceed revenue and growth targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience (3–4 years) in B2B business development, preferably in IT services or solutions
- Strong understanding of digital transformation technologies (ERP, Cloud, RPA, AI, Cybersecurity, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to develop and maintain C-level relationships
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
